I visited the Tim Hortons in Grenville this morning and was extremely disappointed with the weekend service. While the weekday staff usually does a great job, the weekend crew seems untrained and overwhelmed, resulting in unacceptably long wait times. Today, I waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru for just two coffees and two bagels. After finally reaching the window, I had to wait another five minutes just to be greeted, only to learn that they were out of one of the bagels I ordered. The entire process took far too long, and it’s clear the weekend staff needs better training and management. I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously rather than just offering a generic response. The community deserves consistent, quality service every day...
Read moreWent in to this location today, September 18 @ approx 12:10ish, ordered 2 coffee and 4 different muffins. The ignorance of the woman working when I asked her to out the muffins in a box. She said the boxes are for 6 muffins, I said well I'd like a box, she again said the boxes are for 6 muffins. I said I'm travelling and I don't want them bunches on top of each other, she said 'i don't understand you' I said can I have another bag? She tossed me a bag!! I will hopefully NOT ever have to stop at this location ever again!! I frequently MANY different Tim Hortons and I see NO reason for employees to be that rude!! the staff is legitimately incompetent. Like clinically. The lineup is 10 people long. Zero person at the cash. The despicable manager is having one employee count straws while people are not getting served. The one person working is new and making mistakes for each individual order. A basic coffee is taking 12 minutes to serve while seniors are patiently waiting while standing. New people should not be working alone if they are still unable to process orders.
