Jumbo 3 For 1 Pizza and Wings — Restaurant in Guelph

Last week, we'd tried Jumbo 3 For 1 for the very first time. We'd ordered the wing combo and absolutely loved it. So much so, we decided to order from them again tonight. First of all, we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes before our order even arrived. Once it did, we couldn't have been more disappointed. The 'garlic' bread was overcooked, tough to chew and had absolutely no sign of garlic. The worst, however were the chicken wings. They were undercooked, red in the middle, and frankly tasted horrible. I contacted 3 For 1 and informed them of the wings. The gentleman with whom I spoke said he'd send a delivery person with a replacement order of wings, and in turn would collect the undercooked batch to return to the restaurant for disposal. 70 minutes pass. No delivery person. I contact 3 For 1 yet again, this time speaking with a different person who tries to tell me that no such agreement was made, and that i would instead receive store credit for my next order. I told him there wouldn't be a next time and requested a refund, to which he told me to contact the company (Skip the Dishes) with whom I placed the order. Fortunately, 'Skip' issued me a full refund. Two and a half hours have passed since the start of this rigmarole, and I'm still without an adequate meal to feed my family. Just had the worst experience ever....we order from here all the time and Always get my wings with sauce on and they came with it on the side, so I called and asked them to make my order right and was told I didn't order them like that and pretended his phone had problems and couldn't hear me. He told me to call back which my wife did and got the same terrible attitude from him and oh ya I ordered 2 slices for my daughter and never got those either which he said we don't have slices anymore and refused to do anything about this matter even though we paid for everything. Guess what we will never use you guys again and we order around 6 or 7 times a month at about 60 bucks an order, you do the math. He also said it's his first night at this job and he is by himself and we asked to talk with someone else. I will make sure everyone is know never uses this 3 for 1 pizza place ever...

Best pizza by slice in town (Very BIG (!) slices, delicious selection of toppings, and very good value for your lunch or mid-afternoon cravings for pizza). Oven is constantly rolling pizza out, so just ask for your preferred topping if they don't have it ready-made. Slices available until late afternoon (during evenings they are busy preparing whole pizzas made to order, and pizza by the slice is unavailable). They also have the usual wings and sides available to order. Pick up deals are different from the delivery deals. Family owned and operated... always very friendly. Two small tables available to eat on-site, but mostly a delivery and take-away type...
