They have one of the best "Malai Kofta" curry, consistently good. I would call one of the best in Canada. Many people are not able to make this right, this place had it. Here is my review of other items: Malai Kofta: 5/5 - one of the Best. Mixed-Veg: 1/5, I find some of the vegetables could be cooked more to make them smooth rather than having little raw flavour. Dal-Makhani: 3/5, it could have little less salt. Sag-paneer/Spinach paneer: 5/5 - one of the Best. Kadi Pakora / Yogurt curry: 3.5/5 - this also has too much salt, it could have less salt. This is rarely found in restaurant's, try it is good. It could be improved. Roti: 5/5 - very good. Salad: 5/5 - very good. Gazar halwa: 5/5 - very good. Paneer items (kadai paneer, matar paneer, shahi paneer etc.): 4.5/5 - very good. Rice: 4/5 - good. Atmosphere: 4/5 - overall good, I find sometimes it is a bit loud music.

They have many items good however they mixed-veg and cauliflower is always consistently undercooked, not very nice. They have been informed about this but we got consistently BAD cauliflower/mixed-veg/aloo-gobi curry. Do NOT take this item.

They have a very good affordable buffet as well during lunch time: Tuesday to Friday 11.30AM to 2PM, you can enjoy different curries in a cost effective way.

So the first time I placed an order online for this place - I was given an email confirmation for the total due and advised of the pick up time at 6:30pm - reached there to only find that the order took an extra 20 minutes. We waited patiently and when finally we got our food to take away - the waitress presented us with the bill which was more than the total calculated and email to me. She said that they had revised the rates and the the MANAGER said they will have to charge us with the new rates. Ended up with a more expensive meal than originally intended. Not wanting to make a scene there I paid and left. I am impressed with Just Eat's support in this matter since when I called their helpline and mentioned the above they provided a voucher to compensate the difference - however I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and the underhanded techniques of this restaurant to weasel more money out of their clientèle. We ordered Tandoori Chicken and Fish Tikka from this restaurant today, and it was honestly terrible. The chicken was stale, full of artificial colors, and the taste was so bad we almost threw up after trying it. It didn’t feel safe to eat at all.

What made things worse was the way the staff handled it. Instead of apologizing or even just listening to our concern, they brushed it off and told us they had sold “10–12 portions already without complaints.” That felt so disrespectful like our experience didn’t matter.

Even though we couldn’t eat the food, they still insisted on charging us. I paid only so I could get a receipt to file a complaint with the authorities, because food this bad is not just disappointing it’s dangerous and serious public health concern.

As a customer, all I expected was decent food and a little accountability when things went wrong. Sadly, I got neither. I would never want anyone else to go through the same experience.
