Restaurant is a SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

I came in Wednesday night around 9:00pm. I ordered 2 pepperoni pizza’s, 2 crazy breads and 1 buffalo ranch dip. After I paid for my order I noticed it was more expensive than normal so I went back and asked for the receipt.

Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed that they charged for 2 pizzas and crazy bread combo plus a single crazy bread instead of 2 pizzas and 2 for $6 crazy bread. The difference was about $2 which is an honest mistake so I went back and made mention to the owner that he incorrectly charged me.

When I tell you he was the rudest owner I have ever meant I mean it. First he explained to me it was not cheaper which is an obvious lie as you can see in the online order picture posted vs my receipt I was charged 25.73 before tax where it should have been 23.47. Then he said that his computer system would not let him order it that way which is also a LIE. I have ordered from other Little Caesars before and always been able to order that way.

As I spoke to him he was also consistently smiling and laughing at me.

Moral of the story it might only be $2 so what. But when you lie to my face and tell me that’s it is not possible and not cheaper you are running a SCAM.

I really love little ceasars. There pizza is amazingly priced and delicious. I come here a lot, at least once a week, sometimes more. I took a star off because the night staff are frustrating. I believe that if you call and order and order then you should have it made fresh for you. 3 times now when I have ordered at night they try to give me the italian cheese bread that has been sitting in the "pick up" cabinet for who knows how long. When I ask for a fresh one they get all rude. When i was there this week they sneakily gave me the old Italian bread by putting it in the fresh cabinet with my pizza before i got there. I know it was stale because I go there so often I know what a fresh one taste like, this was very dry and you can tell its old. They have given me an old one twice now even though i order ahead. I think the manager needs to tell them that if someone calls and orders then the whole order needs to be made fresh whether they have some ready or not.That's why i call ahead. Ive tried to avoid writing this bad review but I am getting really annoyed. I have ordered the crazy stuffed bread from this place over 3 times in the past 3 months and every single time its raw and doughy!!!!! I end up throwing out my entire order because its not edible, its ridiculous. I called today when placing my order and specifically asked if they could leave it baking for longer because its always raw and then I take a bite when I get home and its RAW.
