Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Guelph

Update....

I used to order from here fairly often, but stopped about a year ago because the quality started going downhill. Decided to give it a try again last night, as pizza and wings were a craving. I ordered the deal for $21.99 which came with a medium 3 topping pizza, 1lb wings, garlic bread, 2 pops, and a dipping sauce. I asked for the pizza cooked well done, and the wings very well done. The guy who took my order was nice. The order arrived about 35 minutes later. The pizza was overly greasy, not well done, or even really cut. The wings were definitely cooked as asked, but tasted like they had gone bad and smelled foul. The only edible thing was the garlic bread. I called the store and explained. After over 5 minutes, I was told that I can have $20 back. I was also told that I'd be put on their "list" of people not to accept orders from lol. As if I would ever order from here again!

I ordered from here on their second day open. The staff were super friendly, and the pizza was delicious! Excellent pick-up deal. It's nice to have another pizza place in this area....especially Twice...

We had a not so great experience at this location. It was a busy night and we totally get things can happen. Posted a review on here sharing my experience. The following week I went into the store to pickup another order and the owner, after seeing my review, came to speak with me in person and address my previous concern. I was really pleased with this - he even have me a refund in cash. It's not everyday that staff take time out of their day to address the not so pleasant things. This, in my opinion, speaks to a committment of great customer service. This place offers excellent value for their pies and the food is always hot, fresh and prepared right. Over the last several years my wife and I have tried just about every pizza place we can think of and the story is always the same. The quality is good when the location first starts up but quickly declines afterwards. That has not been out experience with Twice the Deal at 715 Wellington. The pizza always meets or exceeds our expectations. The staff are always friendly, courteous and happy. The food is always ready and at the door very quickly.
