I feel very sorry for KFC , hopefully this review will be viewed by KFC head Office , because everything I am going to say here are true :
I live 5 minus driving distance from this place , my kids love to have KFC. with me and my kids very busy schedules, I always try to order the food on my way home from my work . I expect I can just be there and pick up my order without any delay , I know normally will take 10 - 15 minuets to get the food already.
Unfortunately, half of time no one even pick up the phone !!
When they pick up the phone , they took the order , more than half of time, when I get there , they don’t have order already for me even I told them On the phone say I am in hurry !!!!
Some time they don’t even have my order AT ALL, what is hell ?! The cashier said “ ho I don’t see your order !!??”
Tonight , at 8:20 pm , I called twice , no one even bother to pick up the phone again !!! At 8:40 I was there , there are 6 customers standing there waiting for the food , There no one , no even one staff on front counter , but I heard couple voices from behind the kitchen door , laughing and chatting !!! I wait for couple minutes , I call “ hello is anyone here ?” No one answer , I wait for another 2 minuets, no one even show up , so I left !!!
During these 4 minuets , there are 4 more peopel just came in !!!
Good luck for KFC , I already told my boys tonight ( they were there with me , they wanting KFC after their Hocky night ) , no more KFC , I hate to dispoit them but they saw everything happen on their own eyes , they don’t understand,they asked me “ dad why they don’t pick up the phone and they don’t come out ? I simply explain to them “ because the employee they don’t care !!” Pretty bad and sad , No more KFC

Read moreWell, I forgot to add the coupon deal of the free six piece. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the order in the app! When I had called the store, they had to told me to call the other number. I called and they told me it was up to the store. I called back, I empathize as a former employee and was very polite! She claimed she called her manager. I fully believe she never did. Because after she called me saying her manager wouldn’t allow it, my food was at the door. I have the text where they said come to the door. And i also have the call time where she stated she had called the manager. There is no way that by the time she called me back to the time I got my order she even bothered to call her manager! She never did based on the time frame. I get if they can’t do something, but don’t lie to me especially when I have time stamps.
I also asked to cancel it, she stated it would take to long. I felt she just fully lied. It could’ve been close to closing. Who knows, but I don’t appreciate not being told the truth. She could’ve said, your order is on the way to your house already. But, instead I felt she faked this story about calling her manger.
I plan on emailing head office with screen shots of the text to the time she called me back and to the time I called the number she stated. Oh, the number she told me to call, stated they only place orders and they can’t actually do anything at all.
Oh and she called me at 8:44 pm to say the manger said no. But, my food arrived at 8:47 which I have the text, the call history to show for it. Which clearly showed they weren’t going to do it in the first place.
My first review ever and I hate crapping on business especially after covid, but don’t lie to me! I get being tired or close to closing! But don’t tell me one thing when that thing...
Read moreI ordered a large meal for 8 people, for delivery, at 4:50pm. I checked off the option for it to be handed to me instead of being left at the door. The email said it would be delivered by 5:24pm. I was giving the driver the benefit of the doubt for being late due to the falling snow outside. I waited on the couch right beside the door. By 6:10pm, my patience was wearing thin, and the email would not load the "track my delivery" link. As I was looking up the number to inquire about my late food, I opened my inside door to discover that, not only had my food been delivered, but it was now covered in snow and placed DIRECTLY in front of my door. I could not open my door without pushing the food and knocking it over. It was now cold and the bags were soaked through. There was no knock at all. I immediately called about it and told the polite man that answered. He said that nowhere on my receipt did it have specific notes detailing it to not be left outside. I told him I checked off the box indicating I wanted it handed to me. He said because it was such a large order, and can't do anything about it. I am now awaiting communication from their customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again.
