When I walked into this establishment I was shocked to see the amount of filth and garbage. Also the door didn’t open fully causing me to walk into it causing an almost injured hip. When I walked to the cash register I was struck with one of the most disrespectful and rude man. I simply asked for him to make me a slice of CHEESE pizza. The man looked over at the one pizza on display and said “YOU NEED TO PICK ONE OF THE SLICES THAT IS HERE” in a strong and rich Indian ascent that I could nearly understand. He also said this in a very disrespectful tone. I then asked for popcorn chicken and he claimed that they were “sold out” even though I saw teens walk out with popcorn chicken Poutine. I then ordered a small cheese pizza because I had no other option. The man with a side eye and a disrespectful voice said 5 minutes sir. When I was waiting I went to the gas station next door and got a drink. I went back in the pizza pizza and when the man saw me drink he said “SIR I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU! WE HAVE A NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK POLICY!” After this I simply went and put it in my car. When I got my pizza this man had the audacity to say if I leave a 5 star review he would give me a free drink. After I told him that I will do the opposite and leave a one star he started yelling at me in a thick Indian accent. After simply telling him to calm down he told me to meet him in the back. The man wanted to fight me. Good customer service is essential for any business, but particularly for a pizza restaurant like Pizza Pizza. Firstly, excellent customer service creates a positive experience for patrons, enhancing their overall satisfaction and likelihood of returning. Read moreWent here for the first time today and will definitely be the last time. I've never been to a pizza pizza which such bad customer service and a disgusting restaurant in my life. The male cashier that took my order was very rude and couldn't count money properly that he gave me back the incorrect change. My friend ordered fries + a pop and I ordered onion rings and he even forgot that here was a drink included and was going to charge my friend a second time. Upon entering the store I saw dirty tables, over flowing garbage, and dirty floors. I asked for a container to put some ketchup into and was told there were none in the store as well as napkins ... how the heck can you not have napkins? I wasn't even offered paper towel instead. I had to ask for that and he sounded very hesitant. I then simply asked for a small cup of water to take my medication with and was refused it, I was very upset at the service and wanted to talk to a MOD or supervisor and even he was ride to me. I literally had to beg for a cup of water to take pills (was short changed and couldn't buy a drink with the 15 cents I got back). I was unable to open the door due to shoulder surgery on both shoulder so I used the botton to open the door but it was broken, staff noticed that I was unable to get in so instead of come to the door to see what was wrong, standing at front desk telling me pull the door. It took several minutes and none of them bothered themselves to come and help. I opened the door with difficulty and asked them why they did not help both of them saying that it was not their job to open the door for me, one of them said " I am not your servant, I am not here to open the door for you." I said I had surgery in my shoulder he said " use your other hand!!!" My other hand had surgery before as well. I hold my order with the hand that had surgery before and opened the door with the other hand that had surgery as the button inside the store that opens the door is broken too.
