The staff here are absolutely amazing! I was just there and the second I entered the doorway I was greeted by a smiling face who was very patient as I looked through all the options of bubble teas, samosas, corn dogs, bubble waffles, etc. I’ve been coming here since before the ownership was turned over to lil thirsty and since then, they’ve upgraded not only the menu to a larger and more diverse variety of foods, beverages, and snacks, but also a more space efficient area. As for the food and drinks themselves, the bubble tea is just sweet enough to be a treat, but not too sweet to make it hard to finish without hurting your stomach. The food is always cooked to perfection. I’ve not had anything that’s been either overcooked or undercooked, nor too salty or too spicy to handle. Overall, the variety, the taste, the consistency of amazing products, and the incredible staff have been more than enough for me to keep returning. Thank you...

I definitely enjoy the variety and their attention to a strong milk tea base for their milk tea products. The prices are reasonable and the mixtures/amount of add-ins are fair. I’ve been there several times within the past month and the disappointing factor really has been the egg waffles. Despite it being on their menu, one time I was told they didn’t have the materials to make it and this time I was told they’d only make it if I ordered multiple or there were other customers ordering it. I did not know my patronage was an ā€œinconvenienceā€ to them in ordering an extra treat to go with my drink. If they’re not willing to serve just one then they should put the exception on the menu that there is a minimum order expectation. Given that much of the food industry is trying to stay operating, I’m surprised to be denied something listed on the menu because it was a ā€˜hassle’ for them to start their...

As someone who’s obsessed with bubble tea, I was thrilled to find this location close to home as often I’d have to travel to downtown Hamilton to get some good bubble tea. Although I was quite disappointed in the customer service and the bubble tea itself.

We first walked in and the person working (the owner I assume) was sitting on his phone for a good 5 minutes and completely ignored us until we said something. We ordered 2 bubble waffles, he said they have no bubble waffles I was excited to try it out but oh well, so I ordered a large milk tea with tapioca. When I tried the tea was insanely bitter, I usually like my bubble tea less sweet but this was undrinkable. The tapioca was very stale as well. For a drink that’s $8, I shouldn’t have to throw it out after two sips.

Overall, not worth it, I won’t...

I'm a student at Bishop Ryan, beside the Summit Park Plaza. Lil Thirsty is a great local shop. Formerly known as iFruit Market this place it is a common host for student lunch periods at Bishop Ryan. With its refreshing renovation, it regained a lot of popularity. I had an amazing experience with the new owners. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I come here at least 1-2 times a week. I'm a bubble tea LOVER and after a long day at work, I look forward to coming to Lil Thirsty and getting a nice large Mango Pineapple Slush. They make great connections with their customers. Extremely friendly and outgoing. Very understanding too. If you've never tried something before you should order it and if you don't like it they will make you a drink you like.

This place is fantastic, and the owner is an absolute gem. He warmly welcomed us and guided us through the menu, offering helpful recommendations. We got the watermelon green tea and the royal mango lassi with tapioca. Both drinks were phenomenal! The watermelon green tea was perfectly sweet, but with a very very mild hint of watermelon. The mango lassi was rich, sweet, creamy and slightly tart. We initially ordered the regular mango lassi but he recommended the version with mango chunks in it which was fire. The tapioca was sweet and chewy, pretty standard. The interior of the store is beautiful and full of fun photos that match the fun character of the owner. The shop also offers other items such as corndogs, icecream and samosas that I will have to come back to try!

I recently tried the Mango Madness Bubble Tea at Lil Thirsty, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The mango flavor was vibrant, fresh, and naturally sweet, perfectly capturing the essence of a ripe mango. The balance between the slushiness and the fruity mango was spot on, making each sip smooth and refreshing. Mango chunks were perfect in quantity. The tapioca pearls were soft with the right amount of chewiness, adding a delightful texture contrast to the drink. The blend of flavors and textures made this bubble tea a tropical delight. If you're a fan of fruity bubble teas, Mango madness is a must-try! Thanks guys. I am your return customer!
