I have been to this location several times, always been served by a great gentleman. I am not sure of his name but he has had great customer service. This was our to go pizza pizza location in Stoney Creek. Today that changed to the point I filed a formal service complaint with pizza pizza, and I am hoping the owner takes the time to read this. Came in at 3 15pm today I ordered food worth 44 dollars. I asked the girl working behind counter do you have any Pick up specials instead of explaining she just pointed to the screen, I proceeded to ask her which screen she looked amused. I asked her to show me the size of XXL pizza she kept showing me the size of the slice with her hand. I asked to her to show me the box to which she pointed on the wall saying its right there. Which wall I had no idea, also xxl pizza size is not on the wall. After paying I needed help to scan my pizza pizza card in, she just stared at my blankly after I told her I am not able to scan it she had move the machine in order to scan it eventually. She then proceeded to tell me I had s bad attitude because she tried to talk to me in Punjabi and I replied in English. I am sorry, what? I am confused as to why I am obligated to talk to her punjabi when I speak in English and she could speak it too. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the franchise owner. I eventually just took my refund and said goodbye. Her hair was long, and not it a hair net. It was longer then her whole lower back, she went back and forth with touching food items after handling cash register. The other employee is the back was also openly using his phone put his phone in his back pocket and went back to making food. Horrible service, hoping the owner reads this because after coming to this location several times and spending almost 50 dollars each visit, I am happy to say our family will never return to this location and if you want better customer service please choose another pizza pizza location, there are lots in the area...

My recent encounter with Pizza Pizza at the Mud St W location in Hamilton, ON, has left me with a sour taste. I ordered a medium pizza with mushrooms online using my mobile device, but unfortunately, the mix-up resulted in me receiving a medium pizza with pepperoni instead.
The frustration didn't end there. After a bit of back-and-forth regarding delivery (as I refused to pick it up again), the food finally arrived, but to my dismay, it was cold. This added layer of disappointment only compounded my negative experience with this particular Pizza Pizza outlet.
Ordering food online should be a seamless and enjoyable process, but this experience fell far short of those expectations. I've already contacted Pizza Pizza customer service to address the issue, but I feel it's important to share this feedback with others as well.
I strongly advise against ordering from the Mud St W location of Pizza Pizza. The mix-up with my order and the subsequent cold delivery were not only inconvenient but indicative of a larger issue with the service at this branch.
For those seeking a reliable and hassle-free pizza experience, I recommend exploring alternative Pizza Pizza locations in the area. It's my hope that sharing this experience will either prompt improvements at this branch or serve as a cautionary note for others considering it as their pizza option in Hamilton.

Ordered cauliflower bites and thin crust pizzas. Pizzas delivered had regular crust, not thin. Cauliflower bites were undercooked and dough was raw. We didn't notice the texture because they were "sauced and tossed" and assumed the sauce made them softer. Violently ill within 30mins of eating and until the middle of the night.
Called to complain. No refund for any of it, they completed a "food illness report". Called Public Health. Was asked to keep a sample and was informed I wasn't the first complaint of food poisoning they received today.
Food borne illness isn't a joke and a refund is literally the bare minimum that should have been offered. We will NEVER order from here again. It's never been great, just ok, and seems to have gone deplorably downhill.
If you won't practice safe food handling, wouldn't follow covid measures when they were in place, refuse offer to refunds when you are responsible for incorrectly made orders (and worse), and are rude and abusive to customers: WHY ARE YOU IN HOSPITALITY?!?!?
Definitely wish I'd looked at reviews - the only 5 star reviews are 5+yrs old or come from brand new accounts that have only reviewed this restaurant as the best place on Earth. Glaringly obvious it's staff / manager / franchisee leaving the positive reviews in a pathetic attempt to balance out the overwhelmingly...
