Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

Today, August 12 I ordered an x-large coffee at the drive thru. I always take the lid off when I return home and wash it for sanitary reasons. This is the second time this month the coffee level was not what it should be for x-large. When paying for x-large and you are shorted twice not once leads me to believe this is a method of increasing profit rather than giving customers what they pay for, hence I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!!

I just left this Tim's location and again a problem with my order. I asked for a large coffee 1 1/2 sugar 1 1/2 cream plus TWO (2) chocolate timbits. The lad at the window tells me $3.10. I suggest that is incorrect for what I ordered. He says there are 3 timbits in the bag. I told him I ordered two but agreed to take the three and paid. I drove away and while still on the property I look in the bag and low and behold TWO (2) bits. I park my car and walk to the window. The same guy tells me not to do this again at which time I told him "DON"T TELL ME WHAT TO DO - JUST DO YOUR JOB RIGHT" and he went to add another to the bag. When I reached home which is minutes away I drank my coffee which turns out to be tea which I dumped down the drain. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH WITH THIS LOCATION FOR ME and the others in my area I'm tired of the inferior service and the attitude of the employees!!!!!!! BACK TO THE KUERIG FOR ME and not TIM...

Honestly, just keep driving. You may want stop here because you're desperate for food like me but trust me you'll be happier if you drive a couple more minutes to another restaurant. 3 stars is average and I have never actually been served exactly what I ordered at this location so I can only give 2.

Service and speed is decent here but you probably won't get what you ordered, and if you do it probably won't be made right. Been coming here for a couple weeks as I'm working nearby and I get a bacon farmers wrap, coffee and hash browns. They have never put Chipotle sauce on my wrap, the sauce is not an add on. My coffee is tolerable some days but I think their sugar dispenser is either empty or wonky. I ask for ketchup packets for my hashies every time and have had to get them myself after the drive through every time. Today I even got a sausage wrap instead of the bacon one I ordered, even though the server repeated my order 4 times to me on the speaker, oh but still no sauce on it lol.

The employees at this location are fantastic but I am writing to complain about their manager! She has dark hair and treats the employees very poorly as well as the customers. I was inside waiting for my order in the morning and I was watching how poorly she was addressing each employee. I felt very bad for them. We are not a heard of cows! She's very aggressive in getting us out as fast and as rudely as she can. I understand efficiency but we are still a community of people. Another time I was rolling up to the window while trying to find some change when I see this hand waving out the drive thru window as to tell me to hurry up. When I finally got to the window, the manager snatched the change from my hand and then waved me on as to say get lost. This has not been the first time. I have talked to my follow co-workers and they will be going to the Fruitland and Barton location until this has...
