Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hamilton

My order for messed up because the employee that took my order wasn't paying attention to any of her customers or their orders. She not only confused my order she also messed their orders to.

I didn't order anything different or complicated or off the menu. My order consisted of 2 small black coffees and 1 need decaf with 2 cream and 3 of the new fancy cookies. With the cookies I ordered 3 of the same cookies that I saw in the display case. I had also looked at the coffee pots, they were all full. So again, everything was in stocks and the bone of the coffee that I ordered had to be made right then. I was her only order at the time that I placed my order, so there really was no reason for her to screw up my order! Not one of my coffees were correct. One of the blacks had sugar and the other had cream while my decaf had sugar and 1 cream!! Bit one cookie in the box was the correct cookie. I ordered and wanted 3 of the Reese cups and macadamia nut cookies, not 3 regular chocolate chip cookies, especially when I paid for the more expensive ones.

While waiting for her to redo my order I heard the customer that I saw coming towards the order desk also complain that his order was all wrong!!!

I've had screw hips plenty at Timmy's but this one took the prize for the WORST SERVICE AND...

Don't trust the hours of this Tim Hortons at all! have gone there multiple times hours before closing just to find them closed!! I went there for my lunch break Monday at 5:30pm (according to posted hours they close 8pm weekdays), to be told they are out of hot meals because they close at 6pm! So Tuesday I went back very early to avoid this happening again, I went at 3pm only to be told again by the same cashier as the day previous that they don't have hot food because they close soon. I said to the lady, "But you told me yesterday it closes at 6pm." she then proceeded to tell me, "No I told you it closed based on flight time." No cashier there has ever told me this, I specifically remember asking her what time they closed the day previous so I could come and not waste my entire lunch again. But no instead of telling me this the first time she told me 6pm, because this location apparently doesn't understand how to properly post there hours of operation. Like come on what Tim Hortons closes at 3:30pm? I have gone there so many times just to find them closed, even if it literally hours before scheduled closing. At least make it known what the actual hours of operation are, it is not posted accurately online or...

If there could be 0 start I would definitely choose it. I’m totally disappointed from their service.. Yesterday, I ordered 5 birthday cake timbits and some drinks or wraps to the counter girl who was taking the orders but I had to wait for too long for my order as the another girl was making the next orders which she received after my turn I don’t know that she didn’t know my order or she didn’t see the screen beside her. I was waiting nicely but didn’t say anything to her but after she handover my food and drinks to me I asked her that I also ordered 5 birthday cake timbits but she said, “ they do not have any timbits in their tray but when I ordered they had it. She served the timbits to anyone else. This showing that how irresponsible they are about customer’s satisfaction or service. Whenever I visit to this Tim Hortons they always have empty trays in front of the counter. There is no other choice to order the food or drinks whatever they have there instead of customer’s choices. They should make some more quantity of food until they close or when they do not have...
