Burger King — Restaurant in Hanwell

Genuinely one of the worst restaurants / drive throughs I've ever had the displeasure of being through. I've gotten food here multiple times over the years it's been open and in the last year alone the quality, service and overall experience of this place is abysmal.

It's rare the order is right, and when if ever the staff somehow fumble their way into making the right order for you it's stone cold, God forbid there's more then a single person in the drive thru because that means you're getting a half cooked sandwich, your order confused with someone else or possibly the entirely wrong order.

Every single time you order food from here wether it be drive thru, door dash or even going directly to the counter you roll the dice. The staff is inconsistent, incompetent and rude and the food is never good.

The food tasted hours old, shriveled up chicken nuggets, cold hard fries. The burger was the only thing that was warm and I am fully aware BK microwaves them so surely that is why. The order came out lightning fast; that was a dead give away they were serving up only already made items and nothing fresh. There was no one in the dining room and no one else in the drive-thru, so it was likely sitting for a while.

Management, you should be ashamed of what was served to my family and more concerned for the health of your customers. The hot food items are allowed to be prepared and held in the heat trays for a specified amount of time per BK standards, but these items were without a doubt well over that amount of time. We went into this establishment on Monday, June 2 around 12:15. This has the most disgusting eat in area around. The floor was filthy, windows were filthy and the tables were disgusting, garbage on the floor. You could feel a scumb on them and there were food particles on many tables. I sat down for a moment and when my husband brought our meal , I said we cannot eat here. We promptly left and ate in our vehicle. Honestly I was afraid to eat the food. I said if its that filthy out in public view, can you imagine what is like where customers can't see. I've always loved Burger King as I have frequented Grand Falls and Hartland locations.
