Just to let anyone who uses the app know that even if you show up to the restaurant and your order pops up on their screen and the app tells you they are making it, the staff don't unless you tell them you are there. I'm not sure what's the point of the app if the staff don't want to use it to give a better customer experience. I eat takeout everyday and I mean everyday, as places I've Tim's Hortons have gone way down on service DQ has uped there game with great service an practical no wait time , I ate in , served with a great smile ,meal brought to me very quickly , and the server "Taran "did everything posable to make my supper experience enjoyable , !!!! My wife just brought home supper from our local Dairy Queen. She ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger, fries and drink for herself. A 1/3 lb plain cheeseburger with bacon, fries and drink for me. Both burgers were totally plain. Hers was just the meat patty and bun and mine was the 2 meat patties and bun. And they didn’t even give full orders of fries.
