McDonald's — Restaurant in Hawkesbury

Worst food ever. I was there with my kids and one of them has a broken leg and is severely autistic there was a manager laughing at him for drooling due to his saliva glands. This manager was laughing and pointing while i was trying to get my son in the door because they had no wheelchair ramp and the doors would not hold open electrically with the handicap button. As i finally got inside the building with my son the manager Sandra said having some trouble there little guy to my son and i then said what is you're problem and she said wow life must be tough for you and then i replied to her comment saying her life must be a lot harder working for minimum wage at the age of 40 at a McDonalds in one of the smallest city's in Canada. I was inquiring why most of the nights as I work night shifts I arrive at mcdonalds at around 325am tonight was exactly 340am and the employees of the hawkesbury McDonald's blocks the drive thrue with the garbage bins and the breakfast menu's are already in place. When breakfast are to supposedly start at 4am this is very frustrating as I drive off from work to have a bite and not only can I not get served what I want to eat, I cannot order anything at all. This is particularly frustrating to me as I have been denied a bigmac combo once while ordering at 1058am as it was not 12 yet. So I had to wait the 2 minutes to pass to place my order. I find this ridiculous if i must wait 2 minutes for noon why can I not order anything half an hour before 4am breakfast time. The point of having a mcdonalds open 24hours is to be able to be...

The slowest service of any McDonalds around. Update again-you won't believe it. Just as I'm about to leave the restaurant, they barricade the front door to prevent people from entering, it's 1:30 pm on a Saturday. Well they force us to exit a rear door that drops you into the middle of the drive through line. Some poor old guy with a cane needed help off the curb and through line of cars. This place is beyond being a joke. Update: avoid this place at all costs. Go to Burger King, McDonald's in Grenville, any local restaurant. Unless you like watching really upset people waiting unreasonably long periods for subpar food go elsewhere. Even submitting concerns to the corporate website seems to do nothing.
