Ive been eating at this location 4 times a week drive thru during my lunch break/dinner for the past 2 years And not only are the prices ridiculous for the subpar food that I’ve been receiving lately, but the gravy is ALWAYS Luke warm or cold. I always ask the person taking my order to make sure it’s hot, for the past 2 months I’ve Been asking them twice. At the order board and then when I pay and it’s incredibly annoying to pull up to the parking lot, open my order getting ready to eat after a long day and then I finding out that the gravy is lukewarm.., I’m tired of constantly going back through drive-through to make the staff fix this when I literally ask twice every single time I come through the drive thru. It must be stup!dity at this point because I don’t know what else it could be like I’m literally a regular recognized customer at this location 😂 .. Management needs to step up and fix this. I know that I’m not the only person who constantly experiences this.. I don’t know if they’re keeping gravy cups on the counter because it’s easier to just fill them up and stack them for faster service but it literally takes less than five seconds to fill a gravy cup.The fry portions have gotten really small as well sometimes they are also cold and I find it incredibly rude and offensive for staff to ask me for tips every time I order in drivethru after giving me such terrible service 😂 I used to tip a girl 3$ every time I ate here and I would ask her to make sure the gravy is hot and I would just have to come back to her and ask her for hot gravy again and she’d have the audacity to ask if I wanted to tip again… if you’re reading this as a customer of this sthubert location. Don’t tip unless you’ve gotten good service the previous time you came here and were satisfied with the food and service. Read moreI gave 4 for rating because usually, I have no problems with service and the food. However, I have to say that on Sept 2, around 8 PM, pretty much everything went wrong. To start with, I saw only kids serving, no adult supervision and the kids were definitely unperforming. It was difficult to order at the counter because there was so much loud talking in the kitchen I could barely hear what the cashier attendant was saying. Secondly, the person serving the food was walking around with food in his bare hands, I could only hope they (his hands) were properly washed. We ordered salads and they were very poorly prepared. One salad had ingredients missing and was 95% lettuce leaves....(where's the rest of the stuff?) Also, I saw a person drop fries on the counter, picked them up with bare hands again and put them back in the meal box. The whole experience left me with a very bitter taste. To the owner of St-Hubert in Hawkesbury: do not leave kids alone managing the store and please make sure they get proper training in preparing food. Next time I go, if I don't see at least one responsible adult in there, I will just walk out without ordering anything. From the other posts I've read up to a couple months before, I am not the only one complaining about this.
