I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but after opening my rice bowl, I felt I needed to. Unfortunately, I had to ask for rice after the lady forgot it, which was surprising since I had ordered a rice bowl. When I finally opened it, I found a lot of water at the bottom, which made the dish quite unappetizing.
Additionally, I waited about 20 minutes in line, even though there were only four people ahead of me. The cashier seemed to be waiting for the oven to finish toasting bread for each order and frequently went to the back to grab items, slowing things down even more.

This is something every customer service person should always do instantly and cheerfully: "Hi, I'll be right with you or "Hello, how are you? I'll be just a moment while I..."
The customer may be thinking "Is that the dish washer or janitor I see in the back room? How long will it take for a customer service person to appear?" Meanwhile the employee is thinking, "Why are they looking at me? They should know I'm the customer service person and I'm busy and will get to them as soon as I can."
