My experience was so distressing that I felt compelled to share it with you.
I visited this Subway. As I entered the establishment, I noticed there were three workers inside - two older white ladies and a white bald gentleman. Unfortunately, this dining experience left me feeling deeply disheartened and discriminated against based on my racial background.
Throughout my time at the restaurant, the three individuals exhibited extremely rude behavior and made racially insensitive remarks towards me. Their actions were not only offensive but also highly unprofessional. I believe it's essential to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their background.
As a patron of Subway for many years, I have always appreciated the brand's commitment to diversity and inclusion. Therefore, it was profoundly disappointing to encounter such blatant racism within your establishment.
I am reaching out to you, hoping that you will take this matter seriously and address it appropriately. Discrimination and offensive behavior should have no place in any dining establishment. I believe it is crucial for Subway to implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future and to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy.

One always seemed to be refilling something or proofing bread when that should be done in down time. When it came to our turn the older lady decided to come help out and was very rude. I asked if they had shredded cheese because I didnāt see any, she didnāt say anything and started moving my sandwich to the other counter on the thing to go into the toaster. I was like āoh did you have shredded cheeseā and she looks back and goes āwhat?ā In a rude tone and I was like oh are you getting shredded cheese and she said āis that what you stopped me for, we keep it in the fridge thereās no roomā in the rudest tone. Um ok lol. Once the older lady was done starting our sandwiches the other worker started to refill random things as the line grew bigger and there was at least 5 or more people waiting behind us. They apparently know this and offer the option to buy extra single portions of meat if someone complains about their chintziness. It is reprehensible to have to pay extra just to get the proper product advertised. Could not find a phone number online to lodge a complaint with. Only survey forms. What sort of company doesn't want to hear personally from its customers? Either one that doesn't care; or one that has so many complaints against it, it's had to break off personal contact with customers. Reprehensible. Follow-up from owner sallied forth into the quality of their meat, Subway' s fairness in not raising prices with min wage increase, whether sub was 6 or 12", and that my dictation software had turned a "she" into a "he".
