Alestine's is a very different kind of restaurant that has the kitchen in a school bus and the dining room in a small square building. If you can get 20 people in for one sitting it would be full.

It's operating from a back yard in Inuvik and is easy to find.

The food was very good, and the service was exceptional. I would say that the owner is what makes this business a success.
