A&W Canada — Restaurant in Kamloops

We took drive thru, thinking we'd save some time..... Never in my 40+ years of living, have I had to turn my car off in a drive thru while waiting ... 19 minutes in drive thru for 2 Eggers and 2 wraps.... The woman at the window said it was super busy in the restaurant, causing the delay (there was only one car ahead of us in the drive thru when we ordered).

The best part, while less than 5 minutes away from the restaurant, we ate what seemed to be, "less than lukewarm" breakfast that we had just waited almost 20 minutes for.

If I could give this A&W a negative star, I would! Definitely will never return to this location....

I’ve always enjoyed the food at A&W, which is why I keep coming back. However, my recent visit was disappointing. There was a misunderstanding with my order, and the staff member, Lamya, kept explaining her point even after I apologized as I chose not to argue and offered to pay for a new order. This happened in front of other customers, making the experience quite uncomfortable. I hope the management can provide better training to ensure all customers feel respected and valued. Also advise the staff to apply the name badge because they argue again if we ask their name.Looking forward to a better...

I’ve been a regular customer at the A&W located at 366 Exit in Kamloops, and I can confidently say it’s my favorite stop, especially as a night-time truck driver. Every time I visit, the food is consistently delicious and the service is top-notch. Special thanks to staff members Swarna and Lamya, whose warm and friendly demeanor truly makes every pick-up a pleasure. Their genuine care and efficiency have made my late-night stops something to look forward to.
