KFC — Restaurant in Kapuskasing

I ordered a 10 pc family combo meal

So 10piece chicken bucket 1 order of popcorn chicken Gravy Large fry Spicy chicken burger

Well the burger was hard as a rock not fresh at all

The chicken bucket was disgusting I found a bug in my food and the chicken made me sick for 2 days

The fries where not fresh they where very stale

And when I tried calling to complain someone answered but did not give me the chance to talk they hung up on me when I said I got sick on the chicken

The gravy and popcorn chicken was good and service is really good but all in all the food was terrible and made me sick for almost spending 80$ on food there was not impressed this happened on September...

Fantastic customer service! I forgot to pick up my order so they were forced to throw it out. I went in the next day to apologize and they made me my order and didn't charge me anything extra. I was very impressed! Thank you. That being said, I have no idea what the hell happened to kfc (in general) it's not just this location but all locations for a long while now. The chicken is NASTY! it's always soggy, barley even warm by the time I get it, and by the time you get to the bottom pieces in the bucket, they're completely saturated and sitting in a pool of oil, completely inedible! 5 stars for the food because, well it’s kfc right? Who wouldn’t rate it 5 stars!? .. I have rated this particular kfc’s service a poor 2 star rating due to the wait of my order through the drive-thru. They said they just started cooking a new batch of chicken. The guy taking orders said it would take around 20 minutes and suggested I go park in the parking lot to wait for my order. I ended up waiting for 50+ minutes! Very disappointing and frustrating. I would not recommend this kfc if you are travelling and trying to find a good eat without the long ridiculous waif.....
