Last time I ordered from the Kapuskasing location in Feb 2020, I had to wait over 2h00 for my takeout order. Unacceptable! I called to place my order and was told it would take 45mins for 2 pizzas and some wings. It takes me 20mins to drive to the Kapuskasing pizza hut. Once I arrived at the restaurant, I paid for my order and was told to wait some more because they were behind on MANY orders. I was left waiting in the restaurant for an hour and 40mins. I watched as other people we're given discounts on their orders, but none was ever given to me by the owner/manager. Terrible customer service by a bunch of teenagers with no manners. Employees being very rude to customers on the phone. Employees and their kids walking in out of the kitchen area helping themselves to food being prepared for customers. Not very sanitary! Iwent to pizza hut and ordered a large meat lovers. I was told pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. I returned in 15 minutes and waited another 10 minutes before pizza was ready. Left with pizza to a motel across the street. Washed up since I just finished a 15 our work day. I opened the pizza box to find a Hawaiian pizza. I returned to pizza Hut with pineapple pizza at 8:20 and informed them that I recieved the wrong pizza. I was told they close at 8:30 and the ovens were off and all they could do is give my money back. You would think that if they are open until 8:30 they would be ready for business until 8:30.
