I gave this establishment a low rating because of the really bad experience we had. We decided to get together the morning after a wedding. We were a table of about 14 but it is a very big establishment so there really shouldn't have been a problem. I managed a very busy place not as big as this and we were there to give the very best service we could. Myself and the bride had both phoned and left messages hours before they opened to advise them we would be arriving at 11. There was not one person in the restaurant when we arrived and it was quite a while before anyone else entered. The woman who came to the door looked very annoyed when the bride explained that we would require the table. I couldn't believe it when she actually rolled her eyes at her, Again, the bride was very apologetic, and she shouldn't have had to have been in a restaurant that size. Should have no problem with the table for 14 or24. They shouldn't have had a problem with a table of 50. It only got worse from there instead of helping our server.She just meandered off to wherever. Also, that would be fine if she was busy. She could have taken 10 minutes to help the server. Get condiments and water on the table. I let her know at that point that she could avoid the messages that we had left hours earlier about a reservation. That just got her to roll her eyes at me. When the bride went to pick up the ketchup bottle, it exploded. There was ketchup everywhere it hit at least 8 of the people that were seated at that table. The manager Nicole snapped at whichever guest it was it asked for class and said, I have to put down my food, we didn't expect you to run the food back to the kitchen and then come and bring some cloths.She was rude and it uncalled for. She never did come back with any cloths 1 of the guests had to walk up and ask for some, and not once, not once did we get an apology for anything besides from our server Kristen. I have to say our server was very polite. She was as attentive as she could be at the point. I cannot believe that Nicole manages a hospitality industry because she was not hospitable at all. I gave the food a better rating. My food was absolutely amazing. The groom's food was also really good. Except for there was a bone in his pasta, it happens. The worst dining experience ever! We thought we would check it out since we had such a great experience at the one in Peterborough. We waited an hour for our meal to arrive after we ordered (I think the waitress forgot to enter it in the system). Everyone who was seated after us were getting their meals before us which really irritated me. When our meal finally came out, the manager is the one who brought it and she stopped to talk to the table behind us even though we were waiting sooo long for our food. My husband’s burger was burnt and cold on the inside and was never brought any condiments for it and there was no one around to ask for them. My chicken stir fry was also burnt. The whole time we were eating, our waitress never once came and asked if we had everything and if it was good. She came after we finished our meal and when we complained, she barely gave an apology and never offered some type of compensation for our experience. Once we were finished eating, the waitress never came back to clear our table or to ask us if we would like anything else. I had to hail down the hostess and ask her for the bill so we could pay. The table behind us had to do the same thing and also said they would never be back again. We were there from 5:30pm-7:00pm and it only took us 15 minutes to eat….you do the math! We will never be back and will be sure to tell everyone about...

I live in this town and we thought to try it. We came in family of 8 with friends and waited for waitress to come over she took our drink order and came back in a good time manner then took our food order but After that it was she totally ignored us we all finished our drinks and waited for 30 minutes or more until we had to get her attention for another round of drinks and when she did she finally she brought our second drinks but not all at once it was at least 10 minutes or so for the rest of us. In the meantime we noticed other couples with families come in got there drinks and food and already finished eating and paid and unfortunately we had to ask once again for her attention and asked what is the hold up she replied it’s coming rudely. Anyways after we got our food not all at once it was all wrong not the right food we had ordered but we didn’t say anything because of the 1 hour and 30 minutes until we got it and we didn’t want to wait any longer. The food was horrible the service was worse and we will never eat there again and I will certainly tell everyone about this and never recommend going there. It completely left us with a bad experience the worst service and especially the food. Our family friends were with us and said they will never return or recommend...
