Bonanza Meats And Deli — Restaurant in Kelowna

Disappointing customer service. Store has a wonderful selection of deli meats, cheeses and sandwiches. Went in today to grab a quick lunch and picked up a prepackaged sandwich and ate it outside . Took a bite out of my sandwich and immediately realized the bun was not fresh. I ate half and since I was having it outside of their premises on the tables provided I decided to bring this issue to their attention. I told an employee that the bun on my sandwich is old and with a stern response she said “our sandwiches are made fresh “ and that sandwich was made this morning , I tapped on the bun to show her how dry the bun was and she just stood there uninterested with any lack of concern. So far I've only been in there shop once. I've previously bought there breakfast sausages from L&D Meats many times, they are my favorite breakfast sausages ever. The staff were friendly and helpful. I like to buy meats in larger packs and they have the option. I bought 5lb of bacon and 10lb of the breakfast sausages. They have a huge selection. Many fresh meat choices, frozen meat choices, deli choices and a few shelves of the usual meat market items. Prices seam fair. Decent amount of parking. I...

Been faithfully going to this place 3-5 times per week for roughly 3 or 4 years now. Love the food, always fresh and has that home cooking type feel to it with a fair price and it offers a healthy diet for me as opposed to settling for fast food for my lunches - the soups are DELICIOUS. The staff their are FANTASTIC and I truely enjoy getting to chat with them when we can! The one girl I find super cute too, hoping to get her number soon :)
