Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kelowna

This Timmies has some ladies working there that are either miserable people all day everyday or hate their jobs, because my goodness they were argumentative and rude beyond belief! 2 out of the 3 of us got coffees and it tasted like barely coffee tinted water so my friend went and asked for a new one as it was disgusting and she wasn't going to drink it, and the woman seriously stood there arguing with her about replacing her coffee until I piped up saying the 2nd coffee was equally as disgusting, and they could replace that one as well. She did eventually replace them, and the replacements were great however somehow in the midst of her arguing about the coffee with us, my bagel threw itself through the toaster six times and came out black with no butter on it as ordered, but at this point I was just over the entire place and experience so I threw it in the trash and left without engaging in what I'm sure would have been yet another argument with this same woman. The washroom was also filthy, the sink just fills with water as you're washing your hands and it never gets warm either, and there was no toilet paper in the stall I happened to use (of course!). The floor was covered in dirt and I mean like the entire thing had a quarter inch of dirt on top of the floor, and there was graffiti on everything. Haven't been back to this tims since and don't plan on returning anytime soon either. Do better Tim Hortons !! Train your staff properly to acknowledge customers standing and waiting at counter to spend money in your business. Being aware and a simple “Hi, I’ll be right with you” isn’t that difficult (well apparently it is). Stood waiting patiently for any of the 3 staff to acknowledge and take my order. All with puzzled looks on their faces. Finally placed my order … then the wait began again while one staff member bounced between the taking and filling orders from the drive thru and the inside counter customers as well, while the other 2 moved at a snails pace between the back and front not paying any attention or noticing myself and other customers also waiting behind me. Getting the key washroom was another painful task (they have to open the locked door… yes same one staff member doing everything else as well), only to be let in to one of the most disgusting washrooms I have ever encountered… and almost walked out of. Ever hear of “washroom cleanliness checks” ?! I have been hearing horror stories about Tim Hortons declining service and products for quite some time and now I understand first hand. Prices going up, service and food quality and care going down. You will no longer get my business Tim Hortons, and I am embarrassed for you, since you don’t seem to give a shit (or have the awareness / washroom checks to even flush the one left sitting in the disgusting toilet !). I have always had issues with this location but its closest to me. Keep going back I must be a sucker for punishment but most times the issues have been resolved. This time not so much I ordered a large chili when I got home I opened it up and noticed that it was more like a regular size (not the first time) that this has happened so simply in the past I called in and they would take my name and number and I could return and in the past and they have made it right. This time however I showed up gave the guy taking order at the front my info and he said all he could do is charge me for small and upgrade to large. I simply said just charge me for the large one this order and we will talk to manager, after we did this he got manager and I showed her the photo I said I had called in and was told to come in and get a free large chili. She agreed and said they would do a refund of what I had just purchased but I said I will simply just come in tomorrow for it and was told that works. So today I go in and its the same lady that handled it yesterday and all she said that she would charge me for small and give me large that's the only way she was going to do it today so I said ok charge me regular price at this point wasn't worth my time and I wanted to get out of there as there was other customers waiting.
