NOT happy with service or food I ordered just before closing a 3 combo Took them over 1/2 hr I leave and it starts smelling like it was burnt got home opened it it smelt burnt the noodles were like they sat in the pan while rest was cooking bottom was but t some . I went to phone but they were closed . I tried eating the sweet sour boneless pork there was one maybe two pieces that were actual meat but hard and rest was rock hard dough. The beef chop souy was fine . I was so irritated I threw it out . Had to work a very long day next day so wasn’t able to call . I called today the young man working till asked if I had a recipte I said I don’t think they even gave one but I had pics to prove it was garbage he said well there nothing I can do if don’t have a recipte or if it not within a day of calling . So I went there I asked to speak to the manager he was very busy the kid told me to come back after 7:30 -8 I said I need to go to work so you gonna penalize me again if I don’t call or come in he said oh well not g I can do . I told him I worked a long shift , Thursday I didn’t have time I showed him my bank statement and the pictures and the kid had the nerve to tell me he doesn’t believe me what more is there to believe with pic showing it was garbage . I told him I’ll be contacting the manager later and I will never be coming here again .( First time ever trying there and shitty service and food) he had the nerve again to say good I’m glad your never coming here again . This remains one of my favourite Chinese take-out locations. The sit-in experience isn't much, but you will get good service. The food is very consistent quality and their menu is quite expansive. Their noodles, chop suey options, and meat like dry garlic pork, ginger beef, and sesame chicken are always good and taste the way I expect.

We order from this place very frequently(more than once every 2 weeks on average) and the food quality and quantity is consistently good. Many places in kelowna cheap out on your meal, giving you more noodles than anything, but meal combos here are well balanced and you get generous meat portions. It is rare I can finish everything in one sitting. The good news is it usually reheats well as left-overs. Lots of bold and distinct flavours to look forward too if you are willing to explore.

I was craving for Chinese food, wanting to go to a different and new for me. Find this restaurant check out the menu seems decent. Ordered. Pick up my order- for sure recommend that check the food before leave Got home INCOMPLETE items/order. Called back the restaurant. Person answered didnt even apologize to me or offer something that will feel me valued customer “ come back here and pick up your rice” I asked for a new whole order and they refused. Wont travel back just to pick up rice only. After 10mins travel-Arrived checked food seems rush cooked food not even warm, so decided to have a full refund as i dont feel it was good food anymore and i dont trust the people now as they ruin the food and rush to cook it.
