The service and atmosphere was just terrible. I started by walking in and asking the server "Hey, how's it going?" and she just stared at me without saying a word. We asked her if we could get the new rice bowl with chicken and she just stared at us without saying anything and got very confused and defensive repeating "rice?" when we asked if we could get the new rice bowl with chicken. We ended up just walking out of the restaurant because she refused to communicate at all with us. It isn't just a phase either, I've been coming to subcity donair for years. The owner witold (I hope I spelt that right) his sister and brother in law (sorry I haven't gotten your names yet!) Sloppy packing methods lead to much of the ingredients falling out of the donair this was potentiated by the vegetables being diced instead of julienne cut. Moreover, there wasn't any garlic sauce that came standard with the donair, essential to the taste. The meat was crunchy and rather gritty. To top it off, the standard sized donairs were rather small (for the price) and were not even toasted...
