Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kelowna

So, I have been going here for years. I have ordered so many pizzas for my work and my family. The food is good, the service is not.

So, I go in fairly often and get a lunch special. The lady that works there (maybe the owner) is never really friendly but she is nice enough. I always make sure to tip and I try to be as nice as possible because she has a hard job and that is my nature.

Anyway, after many, many, many years of going there. Nothing is EVER "Hot and Ready" and many times I have been sold old, hard crazy bread or I usually just wait the 10 minutes for them to prepare it.

Anyway, since it is never, ever, ready, over the maybe 15 years I have been going here, if it is not ready, I ask them to just take off the pepperoni. I would rather not have the pepperoni and since it is not ready anyway, I would rather not pick it off.

To me, it is only fair, because I have to wait 10 minutes for the "hot and ready" pizza that is not hot or ready, even at peek times. Plus, then it is not wasted and they make more profits.

Anyway, she took the fact that I was asking to have the pepperoni removed, to charge me 3 extra dollars for the lunch special. I didn't notice until after.

So, check your receipts and just know that this location is shady. I will not be going back and I am tired of paying for crusty old crazy bread, waiting EVERY time for something that is supposed to be ready, and getting charged EXTRA for taking something off.

I know people will say that I am asking for something special, but the reality is that if it WAS hot and ready, I would buy it and leave...since it is being made fresh because it is never hot and ready, I think it is a...

We went to the K.L.O. Little Caesars today and had tried to order the Slices n sticks (half pepperoni, half cheese bread). They said they don't have it, and can't make it. So we got what we thought was found to be a half pepperoni, half cheese sticks deep dish. We got it home and found out it was 4 different kinds of pizza (not what we ordered). When we took it back they took the food that came from my house and placed them directly in the food warmer to give to another customer. This is not acceptable (even before COVID), we opened the pizza and touched it before realizing it was wrong. They also allowed 2 people to stand and eat their pizza in the store, and there is no dining in currently at that location. 2 terrible health issues while COVID is still here. Little Caesars you have gone downhill past the point...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Ignorant employees that are hard to understand. If you go expect to wait over 20 minutes. On a good note one the managers always gives me a $0.13 pizza. That's why I always go in on Tuesdays. On a terrible note I occasionally find hair in my pizza. The pizza itself is also very greasy. One time I tried buying pepperoni pizza and one of the darker gentleman tried to charge me $27.63 for one medium pizza! Absolutely ridiculous when I enquired to the manager he coughed 4 times spit into a timmys cup then packed a lip. Very displeased with this service and wouldn't recommend to even the poorest of folk. When I questioned the owner about the terrible workers who you can barely understand she sneezed and then farted and walked away. I'd recommend papitos or Mr mozzarella instead...
