Updated January 2025- We went at 645, 75 minutes before closing. 3 people working behind the counter. Two people already in line in front of us. We were ignored for 15 minutes before the guy cooking food told Alyssa that there's customers at the counter. She looked over and said "they're just going to have to wait". 25 minutes later she finally took our order without apologizing for the wait, no smile, nothing. She walked to the register and said "what do you want?" Seriously? I want someone polite and friendly to start. I showed her the deal on the app I wanted and she told me to scan it, then told me my total before asking if there was anything else. When I said I wanted drinks too, she huffed and said I'd have to scan it again. We paid and she walked up with the cups and said what do we want. I said I can get it myself from the self serve fountain drinks and she said it's been turned off for the night. Seeing as how we were there long before closing, and no staff member had been out in the restaurant, how long had it been turned off? The chairs were already up on the tables too, so I'm guessing they turned it off a long time ago. We finally got our food, which was tiny little chicken fingers. Portion sizes have gotten alot smaller. Went back to the counter to get a refill on my drink and had to wait another 10 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence at the counter. I was almost ready to walk into the kitchen to do it myself when Alyssa begrudgingly asked what I wanted. Honestly Alyssa, if working there is so horrible, find another job. The least you could've done was tried to make it seem like you didn't want to kill yourself. A smile can go a long way to filling that tip cup you keep on the counter. I seriously doubt we'll return to this location. I'm not sure if the owners care about their customers, but if they do, they need to have a staff meeting to discuss friendliness and customer service.

   Read moreI would recommend they have someone from the Windsor store come and train the staff properly. Weâve been driving to Windsor whenever we wanted DQ and we were so excited when Kingsville put one up but after a few visits to the new one, we found ourselves going back to Windsor for it.
Every time we go here, whether itâs busy or not, we are asked to pull ahead and they will bring our ice cream or food out and we are waiting 15+ minutes every single time. If they were short staff or completely slammed with customers obviously this would be more then understandable but no, it has never been busy or short staffed when we go there.
Every time we get parked and watch the employees run around the parking lot with melting ice cream trying to find the customer and often end up going car to car asking what they ordered. When we get blizzards they are always over flowing and dripping down the sides (how can you serve something like that!?) and not to mention every single time we have ordered food, itâs all wrong.
Anyway, the staff just needs to be trained properly and make things more efficient for themselves and their customers. There is no reason for 10+ cars to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for ice cream that is then brought to them half melted and is a complete...

My husband and I used their mobile ordering thinking it would be faster, as they advertise, not only was it much slower but we noticed that the drive thru orders weâre getting more attention then the inside orders. We waited for over 20 minutes for two combos and two blizzards. The couple in front of us waited even longer. No one is wearing gloves and everyone is touching their faces or masks or hair and then our food without washing their hands. There is clearly a disconnect of communication among the workers to where one of them blatantly blamed their co workers for the lack of service even though they were at fault as well. It seems like there was no manager at the time and everyone is clearly confused and not trained up where they should be. As for our food we didnât get what we originally wanted because the mobile app doesnât reflect what the store has and had to tell them three times what we wanted instead. I suggest double checking your bags because from what I heard a lot of people didnât get their correct order or they were missing items.
