Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Kingsville

This is a brand new Tim Hortons. When we went in there was 1 guy sitting at table drinking a coffee. We waited 20 mins at the counter to order. Then, when we finally ordered, we waited 40 mins for the food to be prepared. There was 4 people working behind the counter and like I said only 1 guy with a coffee sitting. I ordered a chilli and sandwich and pop which is suppose to be a combo. The guy also said the chilli is same price as soup(which dont believe them when they tell u this because, its not). The total, which at the time, I didnt pay an attention to must have been over $26 because I scanned a $10 gift card and the total was still $16 owing. My son ordered the same sandwich and a soup and pop and his bill was $13. Only difference was I got a chilli he got a soup but we were told soup and chilli are same priced in the combo. So I was ripped of there, for sure. Then the food finally was done 40 mins later. What a joke!. I should have got the hint when 1 of the employees came in with diary queen and sat down to eat. The soup and chilli were cold and the sandwiches could not have got any smaller if they tried. 3 bites and the sandwich was gone. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible prices for the food you get and terrible waiting to order and get food inside this place. Avoid this tim Horton's. We will never go...

Poor service I was in your drive thru at 9:58am, Tuesday January 7th and received attitude as I was placing my order… I simply ordered a bacon English muffin on a plain bagel instead of the English muffin it comes on… the girl was quite rude almost as if I was a inconvenience to her and said to me ma’am I can’t put the egg McMuffin on a bagel because it comes on the English muffin… lol really?? I calmly explained all other Tim Hortons do it easily and without issue they simply take the eggs, bacon and cheese and put it on the bagel instead… not sure why I got a attitude or why my simple bread switch was a problem but it was a quick and simple change for a customer who’s purchases pay there bills, to make it worse the lady with the attitude wouldn’t take my money at the drive thru she made a different lady finish with my order…. It was a rude and absolutely unnecessary attitude to be honest… as a worker in the restaurant industry myself I was quite shocked at the whole situation and the attitude was just completely unnecessary! I’m also curious aren’t name tags part of the Tim’s uniform anymore, I couldn’t get a name to report because nobody was...

Ever since this location has opened I have always had a good experience. People are complaining about staff repeating orders but it’s also a new location and kinks need to be worked out. They’ve repeated my order a few times and it doesn’t bother me.

This is the only Tims I’ve been to where my bagel has been double toasted properly with not too much cream cheese, I just tried the Habanera Crispy Chicken Bowl today and it was 5/5, they always make my coffee order the way I ask and have never said it was too complicated and offered something different. And worth mentioning, I accidentally dropped a cookie at the drive through window not only did they give me an extra one free of charge but an upgraded large iced coffee for free. Wonderful staff and location. This is my go to Tims...
