I wanted to order online on app but I could not select toppings because of some issues in the app so I just came to the store to order 2 subs online and choose toppings there in person. It is today at 7:20pm. There was a lady working, I do not know her name. I asked if I could select the toppings there as app has issues. She straight away said no we cannot do that subway does not allow it, I mentioned but the app has issues itself and it does not allow to choose toppings on the app. She did not like it, but said okay I'll do it only this time. I thanked her, then she just started adding toppings rapidly and at the end, just cut the sub in half and packed it in like 2 3 seconds. It didn't even occur to be She packed it. I asked please grill it and she said you did not ask. I said you did not even ask and rapidly just cut it and wrapped it. It was rude. When I pointed out the mistake to the staff member that made my sandwich, she simply looked at me with a blank stare until I begrudgingly accepted the sandwich. There was no acknowledgment of the error, and no solution presented. Considering how incorrect the order I received was, I was incredibly frustrated when I had to pay $12 for a soggy sandwich I had no desire for. I understand that mistakes happen, and that’s completely fine, but not offering a valid solution to a customer who has not yet paid for their food is simply unacceptable. I considered declining the sandwich and leaving the restaurant but I did not want the business owner to lose money because of one employee’s lack of effort. Read moreI ordered subway here today. The lady working night shift around 9 o clock, made the order and one of the subs dropped off on the floor, out of wrap. The lady asked me if I want the same sub or the new one. I told her to make new as it dropped without wrap on the floor.
She was loud “YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THAT”, gave unnecessary and rude expressions. Staff should understand the meaning of hygiene.
