Although we might think the self-order kiosks should come with a fast service, it is not the case. Service is good but slow. Employees are kind and helpful. Still, I don't mind the waiting because I love the coffee and our kids love to play while we finish our meal. The playroom is bathed in sunlight early in the morning and even more at the end of the day thanks to big windows, which is great. Okay, big bias to admit, my last time at a McDonald's was in 1999, so 20 years. The new "slick" ordering system has a major flaw: the receipt didn't print out so I was a little clueless as to when my number was called. I didn't pay much for my order, and it wasn't worth much either (a fish and chips). I will admit my kids did like the play pen. For that, two stars. Not sure I will go back for another few decades. Especially when Tim's is so close by, with better food, better service....
