Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Lévis

The place is filthy , line-up service is very slow and the lady didnt even used gloves to touch the food and a donut very gross. The guy was doing the broom right under the donuts inside the display very discusting . I ordered an ice cap the machine wasnt frozen enough very liquid guy forgot my flavor shot so he did it after the ice cap was made didnt even mixed it . I go in i see gross things i walk out this time i ordered and its my last there ..... even the food section was extremely dirty and they make your sandwich on...

At 15:30, there was no food left, as they said. Apparently all the ingredients for the sandwiches and other meals, were gone. The employee was rude as he announced it. Decided to order an iced cappuccino but it wasn’t even full and...

J’ai commandé un cappuccino glacé et, lorsque je l’ai reçu, il était à moitié rempli et complètement liquide. Un cappuccino glacé est censé avoir une texture de slush, mais celui que j’ai reçu ressemblait plutôt à de l’eau tant il était liquide. Ce n’est pas la première fois qu’une seule employée me le prépare de cette façon.

De plus, il n’est indiqué nulle part qu’il faut payer un supplément pour la crème fouettée. Quand je la demande poliment, on me la refuse avec un ton hautain, sans même me donner d’explication. Je suis très déçu, car c’est toujours la même employée qui agit ainsi, et cela ternit l’image...
