Firstly, the waiter dropped the whole tray of water glasses on our table. We didn't mind as we understand humam error. We asked for juices for the kids, one of the waitress served us while eating her pizza. Ther half eating pizza was in her hand with the 2 glasses. We let it go. We understand that she's hungry...and young. But what is not acceptable is as follows. We placed our orders. We precisely requested no bacon in bbq chicken due to religion and allergy reactions. The pizza came and we saw like meat crumbles. We asked one of the waitress to confirm what was in the pizza. She came and checked. She confirm that it was only chicken and onions. We started eating. After a little while, 2 of us started feeling itchiness. We asked the other waiter who dropped the water if the pizza had bacon. He confirmed yes. We were refunded for the bbq chicken pizza and the waitress said sorry. But now we may have to go to hospital due to allergy reaction and we are from Toronto, not Montreal. We may have to pay for any medical expenses or...
Read moreNormally I always get great service at any of the BP's I go to, however this one was a little hard to palate. I decided to order take away so I could go back and eat at my hotel. The girl at the takeout table was fantastic and the first part of my food was okay, the part they didn't forget to give me when I left. when I called to let them know my order wasn't complete the young lady again was fantastic and offered to run it up to my room, unfortunately wrong hotel. when I spoke with a management type person they said they do not deliver and I would have to come back and get it. I suggested I would just pick an appetizer up the next day rather then come down again to get it, they said I would have to pay again?? I went and got it and I will not be back to this...
Read moreHorrible experience. We clearly told the waiter what toppings we wanted and explicitly said no bacon because we do not eat pork, bacon or ham. However, our pizza had prosciutto. We returned the food. We asked to talk to the manager, but she didn't bother to come and asked the waiter to give us a discount. She did not have the courtesy to come and see us and apologize! The waiter made the decision himself to waive the charge.

Never going to Boston Pizza - not in Quebec, not...
