i go here regularly and i love it everytime, i usually get a small poutine and it fills me up very well. i also regularly get the mozzarella sticks and they are just amazing, perfect amount of seasoning and its just great! my father really enjoys their steak medium rare and my boyfriend enjoys the fries however he says some days the fries arent great but tbh he is just picky, aswell as sometimes my stomach hurts and i feel stomach sick after i eat the poutine but there id a good chance that is my problem and not the food. the staff is very kind and amazing! we get seated right away and it doesnt take very long for them to come and ask for our order and serve! aswell the staff almost as soon as you leave they clean the booths and tables very well and quickly. overall very nice and love...

Went in on Friday, wasn’t busy. We waited to be seated and all the staff walked by us and no one offered to seat us. When we finally got seated, soon as we sat a server was like ready to order? We hadn’t even had a chance to look at the menu. We are finally ready to order and the server takes it, another server comes immediately after and ask us what we want. I tell him we just ordered. Once we got the food no one came to check on us. It was only after the meal was done and they saw the empty plate that they asked how it was. I had to go up to the bar for extra napkins and for a box for our dessert. I have been here before and service has been great. Tonight was horrible, I can except poor service if the place was busy...

Honestly this place has gone downhill. I avoided it for well over a year and recently decided to try again. 3 visits, 3 strikes. First time - no cutlery, server never checked on us, we had to go find one, half the food was cold and the dessert was still frozen( warm dessert) Second time...ordered ribs and the sauce was thrown on them in the center and that was it, server was slack Third time the taquitos were cold...they microwaved them to lava temperature along with whatever was on the plate so it was then rubber....probably be a few years before I...
