Pizza Delight — Restaurant in Labrador City

Horrible service absolutely pathetic to call this person a supervisor, we had to flag our waiter down who also was the supervisor according to his name tag to get our drinks refills, plates to eat off of, and the bill and at the end after we asked for my sons desert that came with his kids meal to go because there was a birthday party that had kids running completely everywhere in restaurant and he was over whelmed and wanted to leave the guy dropped off his ice cream turned and left didn't even ask if we needed anything or wanted our bill as we were sitting in our coats ready to leave. We had to flag people down for everything the whole time we were there, then after we waited 10 more minutes he finally he walked passed and actually saw us after we all waved so we could get our bill and pay and leave. Upon getting bill it was completely messed up we never received stuff we ordered but was on bill (couldn't get it because no one was actually checking on us or anything the whole time we were in restaurant) we payed for a chocolate milk which was to be included in the kids meal also. Instead of going and fixing the bill he just did some basic math to remove it which we aren't even sure if it was done right . I eat in a pile of different restaurants all over north American due to my job as a long haul trucker and i brought my family with me on this run and we were absolutely disappointed and felt our business didn't matter at all. This guy is far from a supervisor, and the service was beyond horrible. Not to mention nobody ever said anything to parents letting kids run all over the restaurant in booths that weren't theres and all over the lobby area. He is beyond unobservant, and unprofessional. We left beyond disappointed with the experience and quite annoyed that service was so poor and felt like our business didn't matter at all. me and my family dont go to pizza delight that often, however when we do its usually very nice and a well experience. the food always tastes delicious! i usually order either a poutine or small stuffed crust garlic fingers with gravy, weird combo but i find it very nice and for desert i always order a cookie skelet(cant spell) and IT IS TO DIE FOR. my family gets pizza and love it however they do over add the sauce most time but we could probably ask for less sauce and most of the time when i order poutine the fries are very soft and i struggle to eat it because the fries fall apart and mush off the fork but when the fries are good i enjoy the food. i find the service very kind! in my experience i find it doesnt take very long for the food to come and the atmosphere is alright. the bathrooms and tables are sonetimes dirty but i understand they get busy but it is also at cause of our health. the tables are much of a problem just sometimes sticky but its not too bad. im a bit more concerned on bathrooms which are quite dirty ehen i go there but i personally dont mind as much. overall amazing food and...

Orders a brownie skillet just for it to get to my home without the ice-cream or whipped cream. I’ve ordered both the cookie and brownie skillet multiple times as takeout and delivery to know that the ice-cream and whipped topping comes with them. I mean what’s either of them without it? Just a cookie or a brownie lol. Shocking I had to call back and argue with a worker on what comes with it, just to get what I paid for.🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Also not my fault they were closed by the time they had it delivered to me, either give me what I paid for or refund me. I am now waiting to see if they are actually going to bring me the rest of what I ordered if they lied. The update will come soon.
