Subway — Restaurant in Lake Cowichan

This subway has been a disappointment after disappointment, over the months of covid, we have ordered online many times. Each time our order is wrong. And not just a little thing here and there, but very wrong, missing whole subs, chips, beverages, etc. Each time we leave feedback to the restaurant in their surveys but nothing changes, no compensation is given for messing our order up ever. They have lost us as customers finally today. I will be telling everyone I know to not waste...

Food is always great at Subway but this location tries to cut back so bad on vegetables. Lady doing my sandwich tried to tell me how much mayo I should have. One lady in the back (kinda looked and acted like owner) responded to one worker (when asked to help next customer) the customer can wait go get the bread out 1st. There was 4 of them working there. No reason the customer had to wait 5 minutes when 1 was serving us and the other 3 were not busy. Bad...
