My recent visit to Tim Hortons was delightful, and I feel compelled to share my experience. This place has a unique charm, thanks to the kind and fantastic staff who go above and beyond despite the challenges they face.
Walking in, I couldn’t help but notice that they seemed a bit short-staffed, a common sight these days in the fast-food industry. However, what truly stood out was their unwavering dedication to providing excellent service. It was as if they were on a mission to ensure every customer left with a smile. Their enthusiasm was contagious, making the atmosphere all the more inviting.
Now, let’s talk about the selection. Tim Hortons never disappoints in this department. Whether you’re a coffee connoisseur, a fan of sweet treats like donuts, or craving a hearty sandwich, this place has it all. The variety is mind-boggling, and it’s a testament to their commitment to catering to diverse tastes.
In essence, Tim Hortons isn’t just a fast-food joint; it’s a sanctuary for those seeking a warm and welcoming environment, a place where the quality of service transcends the challenges. I left feeling content, knowing there are still places where dedication and kindness shine through, no matter the circumstances. Kudos to Tim Hortons and their incredible team for making my...
Read moreThe manager and majority of employees are super friendly and good. But somehow this is the slowest Tim's I have ever been to. I wait up to 15 minutes sometimes. I've stood and watched 6 ppl make eye contact and then completely ignore me. They keep the coffee pots at the back counter so the cashier has to go back and forth...firstly, there should be 2 ppl on the till at all times. I taking orders and handling money and one doing the order. I dont want the same person touching money all day then touching things i put in my mouth. Not once have I seen any one wash their hands or sanitize between cash and coffee. Certain ladies are super lazy and rude. They really have no business being in the service industry. While I realize the drive through is busy, I've seen maybe 6 or 7 things that I would do differently to heighten efficiency. The manager is awesome and super quick but it kind of seems like noone pays attention. They are not a team and it shows. Speed and accuracy of service are important. I've seen people just leave the store because they are tired of waiting....also, the bagels are always really stale and never properly toasted. So many things could be done differently. I still love the ppl and I realize we are on island...
Read moreStaff don't seem to have any sense of urgency; the drive through was flying but the in-store speed of service was abysmal. The drive through attendant actually noticed that the in-store line wasn't moving as fast as her drive-through and came over to ask the guy ahead of me if he'd been served. She served him and then went back to the drive through, leaving me to wait for another five minutes before I'd had enough. I actively wanted to give them my money but they were apparently too busy to be bothered. While I'd love to provide some sort of rating for the food, I can't as I wasn't able to purchase any.
There's two main problems with how every Tim Hortons runs, and this specific store exemplifies both: 1) cashiers should NEVER, FOR ANY REASON be responsible for anything other than cash while there is someone waiting to be served (and yes, this means there should be a dedicated drinks runner), and 2) if a staff member has to move more than two or three feet to get any of the items they require to do their job, the store layout is grossly...
