The problem here is the service. 3 times in the past 2 weeks we went in the Drive-Thru expecting fast food, but each time we were told to wait at lot number 1 until our food was ready. Waiting for 10-20 minutes each time. The 2nd time we were forgotten where other cars got their meals before us being in lot 1, and same with the 3rd time where even Car in lot 2 went inside after we had to go into the store to get our food which wasn't even made because the order was lost. Read moreThere is honestly no excuse for how horrible the service is (with the exception I will note later) With the exception of 2 orders, every other order has been wrong. Please do not give me this is a new location and they have to work out the kinks because everyone was trained at other locations months before this location opened. The attitude you get from some of these young girls is mind blowing! The exception..... Twice we have been served by you tall, young man named Tyler or Taylor. Read moreToday, I placed an order around 11:30 PM, as the store was supposed to close at 12 AM. However, when we arrived at 11:50 PM, the store was already closed. The staff informed us that they had closed early because a maintenance worker was coming.
The worst part was that the manager took our phones (mine and those of two friends) and canceled the order from our apps without our consent, instead of canceling it from their system. This felt like an attempt to avoid accountability for closing the store early.
