Neno Pizza — Restaurant in Lakeside

Firstly, when I was ordering the food, and had asked for debit, I was pressured into giving cash until I sternly said I only had debit.

Secondly, the nachos I ordered I said specifically green onion chicken and cheese only, and they delivered me a works nachos. When I called back to ask if they can replace my order, they told me they weren’t going to do anything initially, and to deal with it. They then went on to say how much of a money burden it would be to make another nachos, and offered me a small nachos of the one I ordered instead. After escalating for about five minutes and threatening to get my money back, and leave a bad review they finally agreed to bring me the original order that I should have had to begin with it, and had no problem making me feel like the worst customer ever. In conclusion, I will never be ordering from this restaurant again and would not recommend this...

I rarely get upset at businesses but I don't think I have encountered service that was this rude before. I ordered a pizza based on the size in inches listed on their menu. When it got to my house it was the wrong size. I called just to let them know not expecting anything in return but they insisted to send me another smaller pizza to make up the difference which I though was great. That was until the owner came with the delivery guy and proceeded to berate me for ordering inches instead of saying large. Had to point out there menu used inches and didn't indicate which was a large. I used to go there every week when it used to be CNO but after that incident I haven't been back since so they have lost out on a few hundred sales. I now go next door which I have since found out has way better...

I went here due to good review and was not dissapointed. I ordered 20 donairs for my large family who all was with me and neno was happy to take our order. Armaan Rahimi was in the kitchen looking displeased until I tipped neno 20 and told him 10 for Mr Rahimi. Armaan Rahimi made my donairs so well with passion(I saw him put some secret sauce in de he) and neno was very nic and hooked us up for only 40$ for 20 donairs sense I was hooking him some sloppy at the end. Nenos is my favorite pizza joint (and place to smoke a joint(neno got some the craziest za on planet)) in Canada (visiting from Columbia) highly recommend to any apprentice electricians looking for a quick meal or famies of 40 looking to work out a deal to feed...
