Subway — Restaurant in Lambton Shores

I can’t give negative stars for this place! Since the new owners the quality has gotten horrible. Expect half of what you’re supposed to get on your sandwich. If you say anything be prepared to be treated poorly and verbally abused. I ordered online and the sandwiches were not made correctly. I went in and was told that I want them made properly that I should come in and order.

The owner called me and was argumentative and sent a generic email to apologize. He kept saying that I got a free sandwich when I got them to make it closer to correct. He also told me that if I posted a negative review that he was going to proceed with legal action.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub today and asked for the chicken to be warmed guy (said name Roy) said we don’t do that. When I said I had it done here and other Subways before, he said “I don’t do that”. I said it’s hows it always been done. He said “I’m a franchisee and don’t have to that” I said and I don’t want it then and turned to leave. He scrapped the meat off the sub and put it back in the container. Do not go there!

Btw was there last week and served by two young girls who were friendly helpful and heated the chicken before putting...

Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary location. I have witnessed the Indian owner pick his nose while handling food. They serve recycled food and I was hospitalized from food poisoning once there. I have also found hair that got embedded in my teeth while eating their sub and still continued to support this location. I am now done after my last experience. It’s unfortunate that they give Forest a very bad reputation. Go to Foodland for subs right across the street as their food is fresh and sanitary or anywhere else but that subway...
