Stopped at Timmys in Forest today due to a Vet appointment. The sever must have forgotten that I can see. The faces she made while prossesing my coffee order was enough to say I was an absolute bother. Sorry for interrupting your day off. I somehow mistaken you behind the cash register dressed in uniform as someone that was actually there to take my order. My bad.... In response to Tim Hortons Management request for futher detail. I believe customer service jobs are extremely stressful & very hard to carry out with a smile on your face, with that in mind I always approach a server with a smile & place my order in a friendly manner especially when it's obviously busy, that being said my order is very basic 3 lg 4 cr & 1 lig black coffees in a double tray please..after placing the order the eye roll and response was quick that the coffees will not go in a dbl tray. I told the lady yes they do as I place this order many times a day. I offered to tray them myself to save her the trouble. She slammed the tray up & said there they don't sit right. As walking out with my tray I adjusted the ones that just were standing a little high when I noticed they were all 3 cr.. not 4. So couldnt even get a simple order correct because I had the nerve to disagree on the fact that dbl tray does still hold securely 4 coffees. Although inside was not that busy the drive thru was so I did not go back to have the order corrected as I did have a doggie in the van with my friend waiting on me. ...Maybe she will smile at her customers today. I had already tipped her hopfully that didn't encourage rudeness pays.....it...
Read moreI usually have a great experience at Tim Hortons during the week, my order is always consistent, and it rings up as a combo with no issues. But on the weekend, it’s a different story. A supervisor named Addie (who wasn’t even the one serving me) suddenly stepped in, rolled her eyes, and told me my usual order wouldn’t count as a combo due to a system update. She made sure to tell me she was a supervisor, though I’ve never seen her before, and I’m at this Tim Hortons all the time. I told her not to worry about it, that I’d speak to the weekday manager, but she clearly didn’t want me to do that. I understand customer service is tough, I’ve been a manager myself, and I know Tim Hortons isn’t an easy place to work. But I would never have treated a customer the way I was treated. I always order the same thing: a coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and four Timbits (since they never have sour cream glazed donuts). During the week, it’s always rung in properly, yet on weekends, the price and treatment seem to change. If I’m ordering the same thing every time, I expect some consistency. I’ll definitely be speaking to the manager during the week, because the attitude I received was completely...

Even how the greet you at the box is terrible.." what do you want?" What happened to "Hi what can I get you today?"
