Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Langdon

I waited for three or four minutes in the queue (I was the first in the line ) while no one even acknowledged that anyone was there. I finally spoke up and asked if anyone was going to serve us (by this time there were three people behind me). After they took my order , Roast beef sandwich, a muffin, and a diet coke, someone passed me a muffin in a bag and a small box. I got to my table , opened the box and found a cream filled doughnut. I took it back to the counter and told the person that I had ordered a roast beef sandwich not a doughnut and was asked why I took the doughnut. I was handed the box and didn't know what was in it. I understand that it is sometimes busy and things get backed up but this service or lack thereof was...

I placed the order on December 24, 2020 around 2:45pm for the food through Tim Hortons app on this location and my order number was 9996. When I went to the store after placing order open sign was turned off and employee was on the door, she told me that they were suppose to close at 3pm but due to short staff they closed early and she can't prepare my order. Upon asking her for my refund she told me sorry they are closed and she can't do anything and she went in the store. Is that the customer service I was looking for? I request you to refund my order.

Also this is the second time I'm trying to contact you guys and nobody has contacted me since my last request through your Tim Hortons App. Hope I'll hear back from you...

Very poor service and a supervisor who had a terrible attitude regarding service. I had ordered two promo drinks that was supposed to have whip cream and the server had prepared and served me without the cream and whipping cream. I mentioned that it wasn't the drinks I ordered and she stated she forgot to mention there were no cream/whipping cream available, so she made them without it. Needless to say, she was unapologetic and still wanted to serve us the drinks. The supervisor wasn't much help either as she was perturbed that I refused the drinks and wanted a refund.
