Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Langford

I frequent the store many times a week and often I find it troubling that I come into bad customer service. Yesterday I was in there to grab a meal and the lineup was five deep with nobody paying attention to the lineup at all. I waited five minutes then I asked for service and was ignored by all the staff. I then asked again and was ignored by all the staff. I then proceeded to the counter to talk to the manager to get customer service and then was given a dirty look and she served the next customer after I told her that this lineup was too long. This doesn’t seem to be the situation that should be happening here they should be taken care. They should be greeted and served promptly your guys service there has lacked for weeks and months and it’s not getting any better. The customer service here is terrible.

Management may want to look at some programs for training maybe, or maybe Tim Hortons needs to look at the franchisee and think if they’ve got the right person handling the job I’m finding this to be troubling so I’m posting this and I hope you take care of this I’d like to come in and have good customer service.

Not all staff but many need to learn customer service skills.

This Tim Hortons is in a very convenient location however it is always extremely busy because of that. The lines do move quickly and for the most part the staff are friendly but sometimes you do get the odd staff member who can be quite rude as they are obviously very stressed with the amount of work. They also run out of items very quickly due to the amount of customer traffic coming through. Great place to stop in for a drink though because they don't run out of those. And I have to admit the staff very well equipped at dealing with large customer volumes. This Tim Hortons comes attached to a gas station so I've never really been inside and don't have much to say about the inside if they're even as seating or whatever but I do know that it is not completely attached to gas station because I have been inside the gas station and you can't enter the Tim Hortons from there so I assume that there's seating available. There's a large parking lot but again parking lot is usually quite full seems to be the location as this is a place where people could stop coming from South Island North Island...

I regularly attend this Tim Horton’s location, despite it not being the location in my local area. The reason I started coming to this location was initially out of convenience - it is on my way to work. However, I now prefer to visit this location over any others, as the service is always wonderful, and the consistency of products is reliable.

I find this location to know how to make a proper iced coffee (it should contain more milk and should look light, not dark). Additionally, their new whipped iced lattes are divine! The whipped iced lattes taste extremely better than the regular iced lattes. I was so disappointed when I went to an alternative location and they told me they did not do the whipped iced lattes. I question if the menu items vary across franchises. Whoever owns/runs the Westshore Parkway location clearly knows what they’re doing!

Lastly, when I order food here, it is always served fresh and warm, and tastes great. This is my favourite location, and I will continue to support them!
