Absolutely disappointing experience! Ordered two party-size pizzas for takeout. While waiting, I noticed hot oil bottles available for free on the eat-in tables. I simply asked for a Two Inch smallest hot oil disposable bowl to go and was shockingly charged $3.39 for it. When I questioned this, the staff replied, “It’s the manager’s instructions.” — truly shameful and a poor reflection of their values.
When I got home, both pizzas were NOT thin crust as ordered. I immediately called and spoke with the same girl who took my order. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she flat-out refused to help or offer any solution. No one even informed me that the pizzas would come thick instead of what I specifically requested.
This shows how cheap and careless the management really is. Poor customer service, misleading practices, and zero accountability.
We will never return. From now on, we’ll always stick with Antonio’s — where quality and customer respect...
Read moreI used the online ordering system which it stated to make sure you received a confirmation or the order was not processed. I did receive it and showed up right at the pickup time provided. It was very quick and user friendly the online system. However when I arrived my order was not ready nor did anyone know about it. Apparently there's another system to check for the online orders and the had forgot. I was disappointed but they assured me they could quickly made the pizzas and have them ready for me in a few minutes. They delivered on their promise and within ten minutes I was out of the store with my pizza I had ordered. They also provided me with a gift card to make up for their error.
The pizza was very good. They are generous with the toppings and the price is very fair. Everyone in our family liked it which is usually hard to get us all to agree on one pizza place. We will be ordering again soon but maybe...
Read moreVery disappointed first time. We tried again. Read UPDATE.
We usually order from Antonino's. Gave Oven 360 a try tonight. We won't do that again. We got the Margherita pizza. Almost no toppings (basil, tomato, cheese and sauce) and the tomatoes were cherry tomatoes instead of an Italian tomato. Worst thing was the crust. My wife was told they only serve thin crust. This was thin but soggy and very chewy. We like it crispy, which you would expect from a thin crust.
UPDATE - After this review the manager responded and asked us to try again. We did and we really liked it. This time we had the "Mr. Harper". (I have no idea how it got that name.) Lots of toppings and very tasty. We'll definitely order from Oven 360 again. The prices seem to be a lot cheaper than the other...
