A&W Canada — Restaurant in Laurier-Station

Place an order through the application before I checked the restaurant hours. It says that it’s open 24 hours to finally stop at the restaurant to realize that it’s closed after that I placed and paid my order called the restaurant in the morning for them to tell me that they have no clue of what’s going on didn’t get the order when I have a confirmation number and told they cannot reimbursed my order . I will to take an half an hour trip to go fix that on my time and money . I know it’s not easy to manage or being owner of a franchise but enforcing little details go along way like having your business hours taken care of and accurate and also train your staff to know how to act in any situation goes further than great food and great atmosphere . I strongly advise the owners to fix their hours of operation and make sure that when they’re saying they’re open there’s somebody there to greet...

Waited 5 minutes after the customers before me finished their order before i could get anyone's attention. Short staffed and busy? Then I can get over it. In French, I asked the server if she spoke English. Only a little. No problem. I ordered in French and she typed it in correct. I saw 3 people that ordered after me get their food first. Sausage, bacon, hashbrowns were in my order as well as theirs. No excuse. Then I had to point out I'm missing a drink. She starts to pour it and moves on to something else as I'm standing waiting for the last part of my order. Then proceeds to take another order. I politely interrupted and asked if I could have my drink. Worst 30 minutes ever spent ordering "fast" food. Will not be back to...

The server was not welcoming ! An attitude.. the burgers were good enough. But the onion rings were burnt cooked to much. I told the server he said; that is how they come that is how they are cooked. I eat at A&W at least one. I know the food served . He said : There is something wrong with the onions when they come in. I told him ,if that is how and what you serve ?" Keep it to yourself. He took them and added 2 nicely cook onion rings over the burnt ones a week. I do not recommend this...
