Had this pizza in Riviere du Loup and it was incredibly memorable. This time it was memorable for the wrong reasons. The pizza was hot and fresh - staff were friendly, polite and professional. Pizza crust was good if you like a more baked crust- definitely not greasy. The toppings, however, were very disappointing. DON'T GET CLASSIC PEPPERONI! It's worse than deli meat and it's very minimal amount. Wish I could've gotten NY style pepperoni instead. I got extra sauce - NO need for this they give ample sauce. Cheese quality was the only good thing about the toppings. Could only find one or two mushrooms and I was hoping for a good pep & mushroom pizza. It's sad because I really liked the other location I visited. Shame.

J'ai pris la peine de leur téléphoner pour demander des ustensiles du miel du beurre et des assiettes, car les trois dernières fois que j'ai commandé je ne l'ai aie jamais reçu... Et bien aujourd'hui non plus !!! Et pourtant ma demande est toujours inscrite sur ma facture ! Lorsque j'ai demandé au livreur s'il pouvait m'en rapporter, il est retourné à sa voiture et m'a rapporter des vieux beurres déjà ouvert et perforé... C'était vraiment dégueulasse. Je lui ait demander étant donné que se n'était pas la première fois que cela arrivait s'il pouvait m'en rapporter et je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles... donc pour moi c'est terminé, je ne commanderai plus la bas ! De plus la poutine était tellement compacté au fond du sac que celle-ci était tout écrasée... J'avais également deux cuisson différentes pour les oignons français ! Des très cuits et des pas assez cuits... Je ne recommande pas à personne ce restaurant. surveiller votre facture car sur la mienne il y avait un erreur !

Three generations of making Pizza, fresh and yummy pizza made our day, I thought we are going to have left overs but it was so tasty and light, we finished it there, though the place is limited with seating, it's still good enough.

I ordered a pizza online at 9:30PM and after they took my money, they called me and said we don't deliver after 9 o'clock. When you're ordering food online it doesn't give a time of when they don't deliver anymore. They would not give my money back to me and said it would take 7 to 10 days to go back on my card.

I've ordered from this place time and time again and every time I'm up here in Canada I have never had a problem until this evening.

The person that called me didn't speak English at all and it was hard to understand what they were telling me so I had to get the lady at the front desk to translate for me.

THEY WILL NEVER GET ME TO GET BUSINESS FROM...

Mise à jour: J'ai passé une commande internet pour cueillette ce soir et je dois avouer que la préparation fut très rapide et la qualité de la nourriture etait excellente. Je vais essayer une autre commande pour livraison dans quelques semaines et je ferai une autre mise à jour. Je commande en ligne à 18:58hrs, pizza et ailes de poulet. 19:45, pas de nouvelles. J'appelle, on me dit 10 minutes ça sera là, "Ah Okay!!"

15 minutes plus tard, pas de pizza et pas d'ailes.

Je rappelle le service à la clientèle pour me faire dire un autre 10/15 minutes. 🤦‍♂️

Je dis non merci, cancellez ma commande je vais manger autre choses. "Ah d'accord, attendez, je vais vous mettre en contact direct avec le restaurant pour canceller"....... 12 minutes plus tard sur attente, mon cellulaire me brûlant l'oreille, je raccroche car personne ne viens sur la ligne pour me parler.

20:24 le livreur arrive, je lui dis bonsoir, ça fait combien de temps que vous avez quittez le restaurant avec ma commande? Le livreur de me répondre "Environ 45 minutes" Je lui dis "La bouffe doit être froide?!?" Il me dit "Oui probablement"

Je lui donne $4 de tip et je l'avise que j'ai cancellé la commande il y'a près de 25 minutes au téléphone et qu'il pouvait ramener la nourriture au restaurant.

Je peux comprendre 45 minutes à 1 heure de livraison mais près de 1.5 heure, non merci.

4ieme fois que je commande à Laurier Station depuis que je demeure ici et ce fut la dernière.

Les 2 étoiles sont pour le livreur. Le resto et le service à la clientèle au téléphone reçoivent un gros 0 comme dans Ouellette....
