Il y a une poudre rouge qui recouvre le gâteau, elle revole partout, en soufflant les bougies, en coupant les morceaux, cette poudre rouge ne s’est pas adhérer au glaçage blanc qui est en dessous, il y en avait partout sur la table, sans oublié qui ne goûte pas bon. 44,99$ gaspillé et direction poubelle sans hésitation🤬😡 J’ai donné 1 étoile, car le service était courtois et rapide, les demoiselles étaient accueillantes. C’est ma première et la dernière fois que je vais à cette place.

Delicious desserts and Cannolis are irresistible! If they were a little less pricey I would pit stop there daily (they are my guilty pleasure, LoL!) The cold cuts (charcuterie) are quality selection and reasonably priced. Sliced fresh to your liking (mine are always just right/thin). Cold Pizza (& focaccia), I've tried a few and regret none. The plain and the prosciutto w/? green (name isn't coming to me, sorry) are big faves in my home. The fresh baked bread!!!!! Perfect!!!! Perfect density, crust, texture... AND they actually taste like old school home made 🍞, not that commercial generic taste you get from alot of bakeries. The staff are always pleasant and professional! It's OK, people are nice even though they keep skipping me and I have to voice my opinion before they serve me.. but also, very overpriced !!! By asking them, I realized that their prices reflect Premier Moisson. Their exact words were: "if they charge X amount for a cake, why can't we?"... obviously, because it's not the SAME quality and taste ! I don't know how they don't understand they quality of their work... or maybe I should say, the LACK OF QUALITY which they think they can compare to Premier Moisson. They should charge what the quality and taste reflect... which brings me to my initial point... WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for what it offer as quantity, quality and taste. I avoid going there. I don't want to pay over 50$ for a cake which I can go to Provigo or IGA for 10-15$ and get something...

First I have to say that I love this place! I loveee the pastries at this bakery! I had a catering service for my 25th birthday in January, and everything was PERFECT! My guest LOVED the food. However, I was very disappointed with the service I got today. I ordered a cake for my sister's graduation party and it was nothing like I asked for (I'm going to try to upload some pictures). I only got 10$ off! It was either 10$ off or I had to come back in 1h. I was so disappointed! It's crazy because back in August of 2016, I ordered a birthday cake for my dad's 65th birthday and it came out GREAT! Plus, no pictures was sent for them to have an idea of what I wanted. Overall, yes I will continue to buy pastries at Dolce Pane, but no I will not...
