RESTAURANT PLACE ST-FRANCOIS — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

I've been coming to this restaurant for 5 years and I can definitely say that the service has significantly decreased in quality.

They've recently started providing only one menu per table. When we asked why that was after the 5th time we noticed, we were told "menus are expensive and most people can usually manage with one menu".

If you don't drink coffee at breakfast, 4/5 times, they will forget about your drink order. I don't drink coffee and I usually have to ask for my water at least twice, every time. However, they bring me my orange juice, no problem.

The quality of the food has decreased. The sausages are lower quality and smaller. The potatoes used to be made at the restaurant, they are now just processed homefries.

Even though the overall quality has decreased, the prices have continued to increase.

I'm not taking the time to write this to be spiteful. I really wish this place would get it together and go back to the basics that brought me here in the first place.

Hopefully, the owner will see this and value a loyal...

Worst place to eat...serve cold food and reheat it by microwave they don't even excuse it or take responsibility or to compensate you for it. Try eating carrot soup cold and beef steak cold for 23.00$ a plate for cold food is not worth it. La Belle Province would've been much better that was down the street. very disappointed. They have the worst customer service...twice i go there and very disappointed in the service. the waitress's are nice that's all. I give one star for that!!! The man that works there is very rude!!!! he has no customer service skills... This is my first time to complain about any restaurant in all...

Breakfast service was really slow . They gave me bread 20 mins before I got my eggs. And for some reason they gave me my meal in small plates seperate from each other . Meats where over cooked and the waitress seemed always unsure of my order. Don't stop here...
