Pizza Saison — Restaurant in Laval (administrative region)

Where do I even begin....RUN as far away as possible from this place as you can. Tonight we ordered 2 small pizzas, 1 cheese, 1 all-dressed (doesn't get more simple than this order, how can you mess it up right ?? ) however when the order arrived , we received 2 all-dressed pizzas. We were slightly irritated by this BUT people are human and make mistakes so we called the restaurant back and explained the situation. The owner told us that he would send us our cheese pizza, did not apologize for this inconvenience BUT then had the audacity to ask us to return the small all-dressed in exchange for the pizza he would be sending back. Not only was he not apologetic at all this also had us DISTURBED by his intention for taking back our pizza.....Is he re-selling pizzas that were delivered to people??? Completely Disgusting and he guaranteed to have lost us as customers and honestly if anyone else ordered a small all-dressed tonight you may have received our recycled pizza. Any other owner would have apologized, and out of courtesy would have said keep the pizza especially since it had already been in someone else's house already and was THEIR error. Again, save yourself the trouble and DO NOT ORDER...

We order pizza for delivery and are always happy! Their chicken wings are great, and their fries are my favorite. We always get pizza with less sauce and it’s super tasty. Never disappointed! Delivery is always within 30-40 mins. 10/10...

Vraiment des incompétents. Je commande un trio pizza moyenne avec sous-marin 10". Je demande à ce que le sous-marin puisse être steak pepperoni et fromage au lieu de all dressed. On me répond que c'est pas possible! À mon avis, c'est moins de travail de faire un sous-marin steak pepperoni et fromage qu'un sous-marin all dressed avec tout sa garniture supplémentaire ? Bref, ils ont perdu un client au détriment de leur paresse. Je soupçonne que les sous-marin sont faits à l'avance et que c'est pour cette raison qu'il ne voulait pas m'accomoder. Ridicule. Après on se demande pourquoi les restaurants font faillite. La qualité du service n'est plus là...
