amazing pizza, however unfortunately the service is quite the opposite. Having finally ordered and payed (after i went there because no one answered the phone). I actually left without my order, as i would rather « lose money » then have to deal with that service. the man serving me at the counter looked absolutely lost, i asked if it comes in 6-12 chicken wings and he said they dont have, i repeated to make sure and he said again they dont have. i decided to get a medium pizza (which i had some trouble getting threw that i wanted half mexican/cheese) and a fry. He then proceeded to give me my fry.. before putting the pizza in the oven.. basically so they can get cold before the pizza is even ready.. at the end i decided to go back in, give the fries back and leave. as i did that, and told them to cancel the order, they said « its already in the oven » which i understand (even though i payed for it anyways » i replied with i wanted chicken wings, following a response back of « we have «  from the man in the back (meaning they didn’t feel like making it originally) so i decided to go to dominos instead where the service was impeccable ;) long story short, pizza is good, service needs improvement, i would definitely...

Ordered from uber this evening Jan 21 2023. The uber driver dropped our pizza it was totally ruined. Complained to uber from the app but it’s not very good you can’t talk to anyone. Called the restaurant and spoke to the owner. He was very nice and explained the drivers some times are new or make errors. He offered us new pizza right away. He even went further and called uber. Uber called us back within the hour and told us the restaurant called them and explained the issue and gave us a full refund. The restaurant went beyond to help us get this resolved with uber. We’ve ordered from Pizza st max always great pizza and tasty. Today we really saw the true spirit of this restaurant by helping a client. AAA+++ highly recommend their pizza and really nice owner and store. Thank you again...

ZERO STARS

I went there today going there for years and I pointed to the slice I wanted as i have usually done, and they refused to give me the slice I chose. The middle aged bald man told me its all the same and if I don't like it I can go that i had no choice. I told them I've been coming here for years and this isn't customer service, I am the customer and im choosing what i want to eat. And he said I am customer service and if you don't like you can go? Very very rude and nasty attitude.

Never going here again and I don't recommend it. I was polite and they lost a good customer because they don't want you to choose your slice. Ridiculous and worst customer service ever.

I had very little time to go to an appt and thought it was worth it to make the stop here but...
